Apply artificial nails, acrylics, gels, or nail extensions as per client preferences. Provide nail art services, including intricate designs, patterns, and embellishments. Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend suitable products for at-home maintenance. Eyelash Services: Apply eyelash extensions using various techniques, such as classic, volume, or hybrid lashes. Customize eyelash extensions based on client preferences, eye shape, and natural lashes. Conduct eyelash lifts and tints to enhance the natural appearance of the lashes. Provide expert advice on eyelash maintenance and aftercare to ensure long-lasting results. Customer Service: Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming and comfortable environment. Consult with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and any specific concerns. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional and personalized services. Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and effectively. Sanitation and Hygiene: Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Sterilize tools and equipment after each use to ensure the health and safety of clients. Follow all relevant health and safety guidelines and regulations. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the nail and eyelash industry. Recommend and sell retail products related to nail and eyelash care. Appointment Management: Schedule and manage appointments efficiently. Keep accurate records of client preferences, services provided, and product recommendations. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Nail Artist and Eyelash Specialist. Relevant certification or licensure in nail and eyelash services. Strong artistic and creative abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and precision in service delivery. Knowledge of the latest trends and techniques in nail and eyelash care.
