Job Title: Nail Technician Job Summary: As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing professional nail care services to clients, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and nail art. You will demonstrate excellent customer service, hygiene practices, and creativity to enhance the overall client experience. The Nail Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting the salon\'s service. Responsibilities: Nail Services:
  • Perform high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments according to established procedures.
  • Apply and remove nail polish, gel, acrylics, and other nail enhancements.
  • Provide expert advice on nail care and maintenance.
Client Interaction:
  • Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Consult with clients to understand their nail care needs and preferences.
  • Educate clients on proper nail care routines and products.
Sanitation and Hygiene:
  • Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Sterilize and disinfect tools and equipment after each use.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Creativity and Design:
  • Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products.
  • Offer creative and artistic nail designs based on client preferences.
  • Provide personalized recommendations for nail art and enhancements.
Product Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about the salon\'s product offerings and promotions.
  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate nail care products.
  • Upsell salon services and retail products.
Appointment Management:
  • Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
  • Keep accurate records of client preferences and services provided.
Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other salon staff to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Nail Technician is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and artistic flair.
  • Knowledge of nail products and trends.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity and precision.
