Al Emad Auto Workshop is seeking an experienced Motor Insurance Claims Coordinator to manage vehicle insurance claims from initiation to settlement within an auto workshop environment
Key Responsibilities
Handle insurance claims end to end
Coordinate with insurance companies adjusters and surveyors
Upload and manage claim documents and repair photos
Track claims follow up on approvals and handle resubmissions
Coordinate with workshop billing and admin teams
Maintain accurate electronic claim records
Update customers on repair and claim status
Requirements
Female candidate preferred
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Minimum three years UAE experience in auto workshop insurance coordination
Strong knowledge of UAE motor insurance procedures
Excellent communication and organizational skills
