Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional massage treatments tailored to individual client needs
Create a calming, comfortable, and welcoming environment for clients
Understand client preferences to deliver a deeply relaxing and satisfying experience
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and professionalism
Build positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service
Follow spa policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience as a massage therapist (certification preferred)
Knowledge of various massage techniques (relaxation, Swedish, deep tissue, etc.)
Pleasant personality with a caring, client-focused approach
Good communication skills
Well-groomed, professional appearance
Ability to make clients feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for
