- Providing massage therapy treatments to employeer based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Assessing employeer medical histories and conditions to customize massage sessions.
- Explaining massage procedures and benefits to employeer, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Performs basic beautician services such as hair, makeup, eyebrows, and nails.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Keeping detailed records of client information, treatment plans, and progress.
- Adhering to ethical and professional standards, including client confidentiality.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Education: Completion of an accredited massage therapy program or certification .
- At least 3 years relevant experience in a VIP family or at least a 4-star hotel; experience within the GCC will be an advantage
- Ability to effectively communicate with employeer to understand their needs and provide information about treatments.
- Extended periods and exert physical effort during treatments.
- Excellent ability to connect with clients and provide a relaxing and therapeutic experience.
- Excellent knowledge of various massage technique ssuch as Relaxation Massage, Aromatherapy,Deep Tissue, Sport Massage,Reflexology, Traditional Thai, Lympathic drainage, Sleep Massage, Slimming Massage, hot stone and Maderotheraphy is an advantage .
- Knowledge of basic hair, makeup, eyebrow, and nail techniques.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
- Adherence to strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
- Upholding a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education to expand skills and knowledge.
- Good hand strength, coordination, and the ability to use various massage tools and techniques effectively.
