The ideal candidate must ensure excellent customer care, maintain hygiene standards, and deliver treatments according to salon protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Perform massage therapies (relaxation, deep tissue, body massage) as per client needs.
Consult with clients to understand concerns, preferences, and any health conditions
Recommend suitable treatments, packages, and home-care products (upselling when appropriate)
Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, tools, towels, and equipment at all times
Follow municipality (Baladiya) health & hygiene regulations
Ensure proper use and storage of spa products
Maintain professional behavior, client confidentiality, and service excellence
Assist in opening/closing duties when required
Work as a team member to ensure smooth daily spa operations
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Massage therapist
Knowledge of skin types, body treatments, and spa products
Good communication and customer service skills
Well-groomed, professional, and friendly personality
Experience in UAE salon/spa is an advantage
