The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Female Marketing Executive with experience in the cosmetology industry to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing and a passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our cosmetology products and services. 2. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels. 3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the cosmetology industry. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials. 5. Manage and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners. 6. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments to achieve KPIs. 7. Create and maintain marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources. 8. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities. 9. Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products and services. 10. Work closely with the creative team to develop marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.

Requirements
1. Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing / Cosmetology, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the cosmetology industry. 3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns. 6. Ability to think creatively and generate new ideas. 7. Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and CRM systems. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 10. Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Arabic is a plus. 11.
