highly skilled and motivated Female Marketing Coordinator

to support our medical team. The ideal candidate will have

hands-on experience in project-based marketing, staff scheduling, and an in-depth understanding of the medical sector in onshore/offshore environments.

Experience with

ADNOC and strong connections within the oil, gas, and construction industries are a significant advantage.

Position Overview:

As a

Marketing Coordinator

for our medical team, you will play a pivotal role in managing marketing campaigns, coordinating medical staff, and ensuring smooth operations across both onshore and offshore project sites. The role requires flexibility, independence, and the ability to work in high-pressure environments.

ADNOC experience and a network within the oil, gas, and construction sectors are highly desired.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for our medical services tailored to onshore and offshore project environments. Manage and coordinate marketing activities, ensuring timely execution across various project sites. Coordinate the scheduling of medical staff to ensure adequate coverage on onshore and offshore sites, optimizing team efficiency. Support the development and distribution of medical promotional materials, reports, presentations, and digital content. Collaborate with project managers, HR, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with project timelines and objectives. Maintain communication with ADNOC, oil and gas companies, and construction firms to strengthen relationships and create business opportunities. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Plan and coordinate international travel and logistics for medical teams and project stakeholders. Assist with organizing events, training sessions, and promotional activities related to the medical services on project sites. Manage client relations and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and high-quality service delivery. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in marketing and project coordination.

Qualifications:

Gender:

Female (Due to project-specific requirements).

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector. Experience working on

onshore and offshore projects

.

ADNOC experience

is highly preferred. Proven ability to manage

staff scheduling

for on-site operations. Strong connections with

ADNOC, oil, gas, and construction companies

are a significant advantage.

Skills & Abilities:

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools. Ability to manage projects in high-pressure, dynamic environments. Ability to coordinate and travel internationally when necessary. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative. Those with prior experience in
