Monitor Air and Sea Import/Export shipments of clients with Airline/DNATA/Liner and ensure freight arrival
Supporting the customer service team in resolving escalated issues or complaints and ensuring prompt turnaround for all service requests with consistent quality.
Obtaining rates from Shipping lines & agents & providing the same to Sales team
Preparing quotations and sending the same to customers
Frequent coordination through mails and phones with both customers and agents
Handling enquiries from the customer of LCL, FCL, courier & Air freight shipments
Coordinated with Customers regarding freight clearance instruction, type of Bill of Entry and prepare documentation ready for Custom Clearance
Ensure on line Bill of Entries are processed on time and priority given as per customer request
Ensure Standing Guarantee for Re-exports shipments and Invoice deposits payments are settled with customs in timely manner
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Maintain quality Service while dealing with queries/discrepancies with internal and External Customer
Providing end-to-end service for the shipments
Opening Job files for Import & Export jobs
Handling of entire operations from beginning till end
Preparing Job costing & arranging invoice to customers
Co-ordination with agents for getting Import rates
Sending pre-alerts to customers
Systematic filling and recording of all documents accurate, update of data in the system to enable retrieval an access when required
Preparation of weekly/monthly trade lane report
