As a

Female Laser Therapist / Derma Nurse

, you will deliver safe, effective, and results-driven aesthetic laser and skin treatments while ensuring an exceptional client experience. You will conduct thorough consultations, customize treatment plans, perform a range of laser procedures, and support clients through post-treatment care to maximize outcomes and satisfaction. You will also provide

professional facial treatments

such as

deep cleansing facials, HydraFacial

, and other advanced facials based on client needs and clinic offerings. In addition, you will

assist Doctors during consultations and aesthetic procedures

, supporting treatments such as

Botox, dermal fillers, mesotherapy, threads

, and other dermatology/aesthetic services in line with clinic protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a range of laser and aesthetic treatments, including

laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation/resurfacing, acne and pigmentation support treatments

, and other approved services. Provide

facial and skin treatments

such as

deep cleansing facials, HydraFacial

, and other customized/advanced facials (as per clinic services and protocols). Conduct

client consultations and skin assessments

, explaining procedures, expected outcomes, contraindications, and aftercare. Create and recommend

personalized treatment plans

based on client needs, safety, and suitability. Ensure the highest standards of

client care, comfort, privacy, and safety

throughout the client journey.

Assist Doctors during consultations and aesthetic procedures

, including (but not limited to)

Botox, dermal fillers, mesotherapy, thread lifts

, and other dermatology/aesthetic treatments as required. Prepare treatment rooms and patients for doctor-led procedures (e.g., pre-procedure setup, sterile preparation as applicable, patient positioning, and comfort). Support clinical workflow during procedures: prepare materials, pass instruments/supplies, assist as directed, and help document essentials as required. Operate and maintain laser devices and treatment tools in line with

manufacturer guidelines, clinic SOPs, and safety protocols

. Maintain accurate

client records

, including consent documentation, medical/history screening, treatment parameters, and progress notes. Provide clear

post-treatment instructions

and follow up with clients to monitor progress, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction. Stay updated on new technologies, products, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development. Maintain a consistently

clean, organized, and hygienic treatment environment

, ensuring compliance with clinic standards and infection control requirements.
