We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated

Female Landscape Maintenance Engineer

to lead the day-to-day maintenance and improvement of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of horticultural practices, irrigation systems, and landscape management principles. This role involves supervising field crews, ensuring optimal plant health, and upholding aesthetic and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement maintenance schedules for softscape (plants, turf, trees) and hardscape (paving, structures). Supervise daily activities such as pruning, mowing, irrigation, fertilization, pest/disease control, and soil improvement. Monitor resource usage (fertilizers, pesticides, water, equipment). Conduct site inspections to ensure maintenance meets design intent and quality standards. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety procedures, and client requirements. Communicate with clients/consultants regarding site conditions, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Horticulture, Landscape Engineering, or Civil/Environmental Engineering. 3-5 years experience in landscape maintenance, irrigation management, or facility/site landscaping projects. Familiarity with plant care, soil management, pest control, and sustainable landscape practices. Strong understanding of landscape design principles, maintenance schedules, and irrigation systems.. Proficiency in using landscape and irrigation maintenance tools and software (AutoCAD, GIS, MS Office). Ability to plan, supervise, and monitor ongoing maintenance activities. Skill in diagnosing plant health issues, irrigation faults, and soil-related challenges. Capable of managing maintenance staff, gardeners, and subcontractors. Effective reporting and coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
