The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of horticultural practices, irrigation systems, and landscape management principles. This role involves supervising field crews, ensuring optimal plant health, and upholding aesthetic and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and supervise landscape maintenance activities (irrigation, pruning, mowing, fertilization, pest control, etc.).
Inspect sites regularly to ensure high-quality maintenance of plants, turf, trees, and shrubs.
Monitor and manage irrigation systems, pumps, and controllers for efficient water usage.
Ensure proper upkeep of hardscape elements (pavements, pergolas, lighting, fountains).
Prepare and maintain records of site inspections, maintenance schedules, and reports.
Provide technical guidance to the maintenance crew for horticulture best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Engineering / Landscape Architecture / Horticulture / Agriculture / Civil Engineering (with landscaping specialization).
3-5 years' experience in landscape maintenance or related field.
Proven track record of managing landscape operations in residential, commercial, or public projects.
Strong technical knowledge of horticulture, soil, irrigation, and maintenance techniques.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and irrigation/maintenance software.
FEMALE candidates only holding a valid UAE Driving License.
