The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of horticultural practices, irrigation systems, and landscape management principles. This role involves supervising field crews, ensuring optimal plant health, and upholding aesthetic and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and supervise daily maintenance activities for landscaped areas.
Monitor plant health, soil conditions, irrigation systems, and turf quality.
Develop and implement seasonal maintenance plans, including pruning, fertilizing, and replanting.
Inspect and troubleshoot irrigation networks, pumps, and timers.
Coordinate pest control measures in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Supervise and train maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to company procedures and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, materials used, and budgets.
Collaborate with designers and project managers for landscape improvement initiatives.
Ensure that all work complies with relevant environmental and municipal guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience in landscape maintenance supervision.
Strong knowledge of plants, soil, irrigation systems, and outdoor lighting.
Leadership and team management skills.
Good communication skills in [Insert required languages].
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Proficient in MS Office and basic landscape management software.
Preferably Female with UAE Driving License.
