The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of horticultural practices, irrigation systems, and landscape management principles. This role involves supervising field crews, ensuring optimal plant health, and upholding aesthetic and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections to identify plant diseases, pests, and soil deficiencies.
Supervise installation, operation, and troubleshooting of irrigation systems.
Prepare and manage maintenance checklists and daily task allocations.
Coordinate seasonal planting, pruning, mulching, and fertilization cycles.
Supervise and train landscape workers, gardeners, and ground crews.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in landscape maintenance, preferably in residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
Strong knowledge of plant care, native species, irrigation technologies, and sustainable landscaping practices.
Familiarity with landscaping equipment, tools, and safety protocols.
