Job Description

We are looking for a Tagalog Speaker Jewelry Sales Associate with in-Depth-Knowledge of Jewellery products such as gold, diamond, and precious stones. s

• Greets and welcomes customers with a warm smile as they enter the jewelry shop, and inquire from them how you may assist them.
• Listen to customers' requirements closely and provide them with information on available pieces and sets.
• Responsible for interacting with Customers & Handling Counter Sales at stores
• Responsible for proper & attractive display of jewelry
• Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom which include; Sales Transaction, Tracking Customer Orders, Payments,
• Responsible for approaching potential clients, offering advice, helping hesitant customers make a decision,
• Present to customers the jewelry piece that they are looking for and provide the relevant information about the jewelry.
• Achieve the sales target while maintaining the utmost focus on the quality of customer service.
• Helps customers to make the right decisions so they can make the right jewelry purchases
• Explains warranties and guarantees on each piece purchased by a customer
• Leading the customer through the buying process by assisting with wrapping, boxing, and bagging the items they have purchased.
• Providing After Sales service to the customers. Maintaining Inventory & Collection of Customer Data

Requirements:

• Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of jewelry (gold, diamond, precious stones, pearls)
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Excellent team management skills.*
• Must have deep knowledge of jewelry products to be able to guide customers in making the right purchasing decision.
• Must at least have 2 years of experience in the same field
