Job Description

Job Summary:


We are looking for a

detail-oriented and organized Data Encoder

to handle product entries, shipment updates, and cost tracking in our

Oracle MACC system

. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, maintain up-to-date records, and coordinate efficiently with the sales and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Monitor and update all incoming and outgoing items using the

MACC Oracle system

. Receive and record

export and local shipment documents

accurately. Encode industrial and automotive product details in the system and notify the sales team of new arrivals. Post

local and international purchases

, ensuring timely updates of item status. Review item

costing and profit margins

for accuracy in the system.

Requirements:



Experience using

Oracle/MACC or any ERP system

(preferred). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

.
