About the Role

We are seeking a

Female Interior Designer

to join our growing design team in Doha. The successful candidate will be in charge of developing creative and technical interior design solutions for a wide range of projects, including

luxury villas, VIP clubs, offices, and hospitality developments

. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all stages of design -- from concept and material selection to detailed drawings and site coordination -- within an international, design-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Desing and develop interior design projects and present them to the clients. Prepare mood boards, material palettes, FF&E selections, and presentations. Produce and update interior drawings (plans, elevations, sections, details) using AutoCAD. Produce interior design renders with Sketchup and rendering engines such as Enscape, Lumion or D5. Meet the clients, present and discuss the design with them and obtain their approval in order to progress and meet the deadlines. Coordinate with the architectural team to ensure alignment between interior and architectural design intent. Liaise with suppliers to obtain samples, quotations, and technical information on finishes, furniture, and lighting. Conduct site visits when required to assist with inspections and verify finishes or installations. Maintain organized digital libraries for materials, finishes, and references. Follow company standards for drawing quality, documentation, and naming conventions.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 5 years of professional experience in the GCC. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

. Proficiency in

SketchUp

and rendering engines:

Enscape, Lumion or D5.

Knowledge in

Photoshop

, Knowledge in

Microsoft Office

. Knowledge of Qatar design standards, materials, and suppliers. Strong design sense with attention to detail, color and material. Ability to produce accurate drawings, organize tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines. Fluent in English with good communication skills. Arabic knowledge is an asset. Positive attitude, team-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Contract Terms

Probation period:

3 months

. Working hours:

Sunday to Thursday, 7 AM - 5 PM. ( with 1 hour lunch break )

Location:

Doha office

(site visits may be required).
