Female HSE Officer

Location:

Job Purpose:

To ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and programs across all Darwish Interserve Facility Management sites. The HSE Officer will be responsible for promoting a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with Qatari regulations, and supporting the company's safety culture and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor company HSE policies, procedures, and site-specific safety plans. Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance. Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive actions. Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs to employees and subcontractors. Ensure that all permits, PPE, and safety equipment are in place and properly maintained. Maintain up-to-date HSE records, reports, and documentation as per company and legal requirements. Coordinate with clients, project teams, and contractors to ensure adherence to safety standards. Support the development and implementation of emergency response and evacuation procedures. Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of HSE practices. Monitor environmental compliance and waste management at facility sites.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification

. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in HSE within

Facility Management, Construction, or MEP services

in Qatar or GCC. Strong knowledge of Qatari HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001). Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
