Assist in recruitment: screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
Support HR inquiries and maintain employee records.
Prepare HR reports, schedules, and manage management-employee communications.
Provide administrative support to the manager, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
Ensure compliance and help improve HR and office processes.
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in recruitment, candidate screening, and healthcare hiring in the UAE.
Knowledge of HR best practices.
Bachelor's degree.
Medical experience in the UAE is preferred.
Female, fluent in English and Tagalog, immediate joiner.
