Job Location \xe2\x80\x93 Dubai Production City, Dubai Salary - AED 4000 - 6000 Job Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree preferably in Human Resources.
- 3-4 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter in UAE with any Interior fit-out/construction/advertising company.
- Must have experience conducting different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Hands-on experience with recruitment software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to speak both English and Hindi language fluently.
