Job Brief

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Female Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and ensure the comfort of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional housekeeping services, ensuring all assigned areas are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities

Clean, dust, and mop all assigned rooms and areas (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces). Vacuum carpets, wipe surfaces, and sanitize bathrooms. Replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens. Change bed linens and make beds according to established procedures. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including closets, laundry areas, and storage. Assist with laundry tasks including washing, drying, and folding clothes and linens. Perform deep cleaning tasks as required, including carpet shampooing, window washing, etc. Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor for prompt resolution. Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines. Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to clients' requests.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role. Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery. Familiarity with sanitation and safety standards. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary. Physically capable of performing tasks such as standing, lifting, and bending for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior experience working in residential or hospitality settings is an advantage.
