HIRING: Senior Private Butler | House Manager | Travelling PA (Female Only)

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Private Butler / House Manager / Travelling Personal Assistant to support a UHNW principal with an international, high-profile lifestyle. This role requires absolute discretion, impeccable judgment, social intelligence, and the ability to seamlessly blend in across elite environments.

This is a hands-on leadership and personal support role for a polished professional who understands luxury, privacy, aesthetics, and precision -- and who can operate effortlessly between private residences, travel, and high-level personal assistance.


Core Responsibilities

Private Butler & Household Management
Deliver full, traditional private butler service within a UHNW household

Maintain exceptional household standards at all times

Oversee daily household operations across multiple residences

Supervise and manage household staff (housekeeping, service staff, drivers, support teams)

Prepare residences meticulously before arrival and after departure


Wardrobe, Styling & Personal Image
End-to-end wardrobe management, packing/unpacking, and seasonal organisation

Assist with personal shopping, styling coordination, and fittings

Curate outfits for travel, meetings, events, and daily engagements

Manage inventory, asset cataloguing, and secure handling of valuables


Beauty & Personal Care Support
Coordinate and assist with beauty services, including hair, makeup, skincare, spa, and wellness appointments

Support the principal during beauty treatments, fittings, and preparations when required

Ensure products, tools, and environments are prepared to the principal's preferences


Travel & Lifestyle Management
Accompany the principal during local and international travel when required

Arrange and manage hotels, ground transport, yachts, and private aviation logistics

Handle last-minute itinerary changes with calm authority

Ensure seamless transitions across destinations


Guests, Events & Security
Manage guest arrivals, departures, and bespoke hospitality requests

Coordinate private dining, intimate events, and special occasions

Liaise closely with security teams to ensure privacy, confidentiality, and discretion


Personal Assistance & Presence
Act as a trusted right-hand support to the principal

Anticipate needs without instruction

Blend in naturally in social, luxury retail, hospitality, and international environments

Maintain composure, discretion, and polish at all times



Mandatory Requirements
Proven, direct experience as a Private Butler in UHNW private households ONLY

Demonstrated experience supporting principals with complex, international lifestyles

Valid UAE driver's license (mandatory)

Exceptional discretion, loyalty, and emotional intelligence

Strong sense of style, presentation, and personal aesthetics

Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and detail-driven

Fluent English (additional languages an advantage)

Already based in Dubai or the UAE

Willingness to travel at short notice



Employment Details
Live-Out position (Dubai-based)

6 working days per week (flexibility essential)
