Job Purpose The RN provides skilled professional nursing care to the patient as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with regulations as established Health Authority of Abu Dhabi, the patient, and the policies of the Organization. Qualifications 1. With or without HAAD/DOH License 2. At least two year\'s general nursing experience in a clinical area i.e. Med. Surgery, Oncology, Surgical, Critical care or clinics. 3. Complies with accepted professional standards and principles. 4. Possesses and maintains good physical stamina and mental health. 5. Passed the medical fit tests for Abu Dhabi visa process 6. Has excellent observation, oral and written communications kills. 7. Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision. 8. Dependable, organized, flexible and cooperative in fulfilling role obligation. Responsibilities and Duties 1. Seeks and obtains sufficient information necessary to function effectively in the health care setting where assigned. 2. Assesses and evaluates patient\'s status by: 2.1 Writing and initiating Plan of Care 2.2 Regularly re-evaluating patient needs 2.3 Revising the Plan of Care as necessary 3. Initiates and sustains the implementation of orders for medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician in the physician\'s Plan of Care. 4. Completes, maintains and submits accurate and relevant patient\'s condition and care given. Clinical notes regarding 5. Uses supplies and equipment effectively and efficiently. 6. Observes the patient for changes in condition and reports these changes and the patients\xe2\x80\x99 needs to the attending physician and appropriate supervisory personnel. 7. Assists the patient with the activities of daily living and facilitates the patient\xe2\x80\x99s efforts for self-sufficiency and independence. 8. Teaches the patient and family/caregiver self-care techniques as appropriate. 9. Provides instructions on disease process, medication, diet, safety and other instructions as ordered by the physician and for health counselling with recognizes and utilizes opportunities patient and families/caregivers. 10. Provides and maintains a safe environment for the patient. 11. Performs services within the limits of preparation and experience. 12. Regularly participates in and takes responsibility for the on-call system, rotating through on-call schedule as needed. 13. Fulfils the obligation of requested and/or accepted case assignments. 14.
