Position Overview:
We are hiring
Caregivers with a strong focus on Baby & Child Care
. Candidates should also have some background in elderly care (at least 1 year of experience, even if limited). This role involves providing attentive newborn and childcare services at home, while also being capable of handling elderly clients when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized
baby and childcare support
, including bathing, feeding, changing, and monitoring safety.
Assist in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
Support parents with sleep routines, feeding schedules, and developmental activities.
Provide companionship and daily living assistance for elderly patients when assigned.
Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
Maintain accurate reports of patient well-being and daily care activities.
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
Work Requirements & Target:
Minimum
240 working hours per month
(extra hours available as overtime).
Flexibility to work day or night shifts as per family requirements.
Ability to manage both
baby care and elderly care
(priority is baby care).
Qualifications:
Previous experience in
baby care / childcare
is required.
At least
1 year of elderly care experience
(less may be considered if strong baby care experience is present).
Caregiver / Nursing Aide certificate is an advantage.
Compassionate, reliable, and able to manage both children and elderly with professionalism.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
