Hair Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Able to deliver training session and workshops to convey all the technical information of our hair care brands. Provide field technical support to the sales staff during the sales Deliver all kind of technical trainings to the hairdressers on the latest techniques in shaping, curling, cutting, trimming, setting, bleaching, dyeing, and tinting hair etc Plan desired effect by studying facial features; examining potential styles; conferring with customer, making recommendations Able to analyze hair condition and recommend hair treatment Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications from different sources mainly our suppliers :

Daily salon visits to provide products knowledge and work on models inside the salon

Performing education in the form of workshop and seminars Attending necessary training where ever is required

Assisting in demonstrations and seminars

Assisting and reporting to Managing Director to achieve the

company goals

Should have a good system to maintain all client details for further references.

Must have in depth knowledge of the product to explain the pros

and cons of the products

Attend to the customer needs and requirements.

Convince customers to buy the products.

: Should promote producdive

enhancements or newer upgraded products to the customers.

Provide technical support for the sales team sales as well as deliver training to the customers.
