We are currently looking for a
Hairdresser with expertise in scalp and hair health
to join our professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert scalp and hair treatments, addressing conditions such as dandruff, itchiness, oiliness, and hair loss.
Perform services including
scalp exfoliation, cleansing, deep conditioning, steaming, and massage
.
Deliver
professional blow-dries and styling
for all hair types, especially curly and wavy textures.
Assess client needs and recommend personalized treatment plans.
Ensure clients receive a relaxing, high-quality, and results-driven experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in hair or scalp care are a plus).
Basic knowledge of scalp conditions and strong interest in hair care.
Minimum
2 years' experience
in a salon, spa, or wellness center (preferred).
Skilled in blow-drying and styling different hair textures, including curly hair.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and dedication to client satisfaction.
Job Details:
Full-time
with shifts according to Bronze Salon hours (including weekends and holidays).
Salary Range:
AED 4,000 - 8,000 per month (based on experience & expertise).
