We are looking for a
qualified and energetic Female Gym Swimming Instructor & Lifeguard
to join our team under our fitness facilities in
Abu Dhabi
.
Key Responsibilities:
Swimming Instruction:
Plan, organize, and conduct swimming lessons for women.
Develop personalized training programs to meet clients' fitness and skill goals.
Ensure safe and enjoyable swimming experiences during all sessions.
Motivate and encourage members to improve their swimming techniques and confidence in the water.
Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback and support.
Lifeguard Duties:
Supervise the pool area at all times to ensure safety and prevent accidents.
Enforce all pool rules and safety regulations consistently.
Perform rescues, first aid, and CPR when necessary.
Conduct daily safety inspections of the pool and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pool area.
Requirements:
Female candidates only (as per facility requirements).
Valid
Lifeguard and First Aid/CPR Certification
(UAE or internationally recognized).
Swimming Instructor Certification
.
Previous experience as a swimming coach or lifeguard (preferably in the UAE).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and safety-focused attitude.
