Job Title : FIRE Trainer
Reports to : The FIRE Station Management
Overview
A FIRE Trainer is responsible for programs delivery which consist of small group personal training sessions and
one on one personal training sessions as scheduled. This role also includes sales and marketing of the FIREFIT
programs and applying the highest quality of customer service.
Main Duties / Responsibilities
- To perform small group personal training sessions and one on one personal training sessions.
- Develop and identify new sales and personal training opportunities.
- To provide quality service to existing and potential customers.
- To promote and market the FIREFIT brand.
- To maintain safe, clean and tidy station environment at all times.
- To go through a series of feedback assessment protocols in order to deliver the highest standard of care for
the FIRE fans.
- To assist the reception desk by welcoming FIRE fans, checking fans in/out of their workout, dealing
with inquiries, presenting promotions, selling packages and entering information correctly into the
system, wiping down equipment, mats and keeping the station tidy, stocking toiletries and supplies.
- To attend team trainings and one on one meetings with the station management. Facilites Use
As we are a fitness operator, we would require those that work with us to also work out at our FIRE station.
You are allowed to use the facility during non-peak hours.
Requirements:
- 5 years previous experience in a similar role/ industry.
- Passionate: Fit, healthy and non-smoking
- Presentable: Always neat and well groomed
- Professional: Punctual, Certified, constantly evolving skill set and an attitude to always improve.
- Holding minimum qualifications certified in the UAE (including specific qualification on HIIT / PT / Group
Classes / Boxing)

- Has an intimate knowledge of all FIREFIT products, programs and services.
- Is a role model for the FIREFIT brand by actively leading a healthy lifestyle and maintaining a high standard
of physical fitness.
- Performs inspiring and uplifting small group and one on one personal training classes & sessions.
- Organized and punctual.
- Professional and presentable.
- Excellent listener.
Sales Core Functions
- Promotes / sells/ secures product and group and one on one personal training sessions sales from existing
and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Demonstrates products, programs and services features, functions and benefits to existing/ potential
customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
Sales Skills
- Able to present product, program and personal training packages to existing and potential customers.
- Able to generate referrals from existing members to build class participation.
- Able to confidently communicate promotions to existing members on a one to one basis and in a group
personal training workout.
Marketing Core Functions
- Actively promote FIREFIT workouts to existing and potential members.
- Actively promote your own free workouts, personal fitness experiences (goals, results) via social media.
- Actively promote members workout experience via social media (upon consent of members).
- Create and use existing marketing tools and channels to generate referrals to build your class number.
Technology & Administrative Core Functions
- Use the administrative systems FIREFIT has chosen to manage the one on one personal training and small
group personal training activities.
- Use the mobile fitness applications selected by FIREFIT to manage, set and track client goals.
- Promote the use of technology hardware devices (such as heart rate monitors, activity trackers, impact
system) and mobile applications that will support FIREFIT members in the pursuit of their goals.
