- Providing lively & exceptional customer service to clients before, during and after every game.
- Operating games efficiently and professionally.
- Resetting and reloading all our game rooms as needed.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the office and game rooms .
- Evaluate game process and procedures and recommend improvements.
- Answering phone, email, IM and in-person inquiries.
- Manage gaming operations and report game status to management on daily basis.
- You must be willing to work flexible schedules (morning or evening).
- You must be willing to work weekends.
- Good in MS. Office
- You must be willing to work six (6) days a week with one day off (Off day will always fall on a weekday)
- You must be proficient in the use of a PC.
- Only immediate joiners will be considered.
- Customer service Experience is preferred.
- Sales experience is a big plus.
- UAE experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working in an escape room is a big plus.
- Must speak PERFECT English.
