Greet and respond to calls professionally and courteously in Arabic and English.
Direct calls to appropriate staff or departments.
Guest Service:
Greet visitors upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate office or meeting room.
Provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Assist with any inquiries.
Office Management:
Maintain the front desk area in an organized and tidy manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Scheduling:
Organize and manage meetings for the team, including coordinating schedules and booking meeting rooms.
Maintain an up-to-date calendar for team members or executives.
Additional Duties:
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
Ensure office policies are adhered to and help enforce office procedures.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Arabic (both written and spoken).
Fluent in English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in hospitality or customer service.
Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
