Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Floor Manager at Chalet Berezka Restaurant in Dubai. The Floor Manager will be responsible for leading the team in achieving customer satisfaction, managing daily operations and finances, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring the quality of food and services provided. The Floor Manager will also act as a bridge between the restaurant staff and customers, and provide quality services to all our clients. Qualifications
- Proven experience as a floor manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills, with fluency in Russian and English
- Knowledge of various food and beverage industry regulations and practices, as well as experience in managing restaurant finances
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time efficiently
- Effective problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
