Female Personal Trainer Low Intensity Training Specialist Location: Fujairah, UAE Employment Type: Full Time Salary: AED + Commissions Benefits: Housing, Visa Sponsorship, Medical Insurance Coverage, Annual Travel Tickets Company Overview: A premium Holistic Wellness Centre in Fujairah, UAE is hiring an experienced Female Fitness Trainer. This role is ideal for a trainer specializing in low-intensity, low-impact training and functional movement, catering to a diverse clientele including beginners, older adults, and rehab-focused individuals. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver personalized training programs focused on low-intensity, low-resistance, and functional fitness. Conduct group classes and one-on-one training sessions in disciplines such as: Stretch & Mobility Rowing Low Intensity Steady State (LISS) Training Yoga (Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Gentle Yoga) Pilates (Mat or Reformer) Barre (Ballet-Pilates fusion) Aqua Aerobics Spinning (Low Intensity Rides) Bodyweight Functional Training (Rehab Focus) Tai Chi, etc. Provide injury prevention guidance and mobility exercises tailored to individual needs. Monitor client progress and adjust training plans accordingly. Educate clients on holistic wellness, including posture, breathing techniques, and movement efficiency. Maintain a professional, client-focused approach, ensuring high retention and satisfaction. Requirements: Certifications: Level 3 Personal Trainer (ACE/NASM Certified preferred), other GX Certifications (Yoga, Barre, Rowing, Spinning, Boxing, etc.) Education: Bachelor's degree in Sports Science or a related field Experience: 2 years in fitness instruction with a strong background in low-impact training. Skills: Expertise in rehabilitation, endurance training, and mobility-focused workouts. Preferred Background: Experience training beginners, older adults, and rehab clients.
