Leads group exercise classes in one or more assigned studios. (Arriving to class 15 minutes early to prepare and set up.)
Sets up and monitors class equipment, and ensures its return in serviceable condition.
Advises participants on program and class procedures and policies, as appropriate.
Checks participants' health conditions and adjusts the session accordingly.
Evaluates participants fitness levels, and answers questions from participants after each session; assists in performing followup and communication with participants, as required.
Plan and conduct personal training sessions
Tracks progress of clients; maintains client files as appropriate.
Ensures that safety and injury prevention policies and procedures are adhered to participants; reports accidents and prepares accident reports, as required.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned such as member journey program.
Attend all mandatory meetings and training.
Actively marketing and promoting other group fitness classes and programs.
Take part in the gym's photo sessions and social media programs.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1.00 per month
