Principal Duties and Responsibilities Minimum Level 2 in Fitness Instruction & Level 3 in Personal Trainer qualified Additional CPD courses is be an advantage Ability to teach a variety of group fitness exercise classes using professionally approved techniques along with the highest standards of safety Provide complete instructions in a class, including body alignment, movement execution, muscle groups and correction Provide a positive and enjoyable class atmosphere; motivate members and create a comfortable and appealing environment with music and communication Support, teach, and encourage members to meet their fitness goals Committed to continually develop new skills and progressing as a Fitness Professional Practices what you preach, physically fit and active Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Minimum Level 2 in Fitness Instruction & Level 3 in Personal Trainer qualified Additional CPD courses is be an advantage Certification in area of specialty (Les Mills, Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, Zumba, Jump Class & Dance or strength conditioning) Freestyle qualifications Keeping abreast of current exercise trends and maintaining High level of energy and zeal, and results oriented Competent computer skills and good knowledge of social media platforms Minimum 2 years of experience in exercise training, exercise instruction.
