We are seeking a certified and experienced Female Fitness Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Reps Level 3 certification and possess a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
Responsibilities:
Conducting one-on-one training sessions with clients, providing personalized fitness plans and coaching to help them reach their objectives.
Monitoring client progress, adjusting workout plans as needed, and providing ongoing support and encouragement.
Educating clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle choices to support their fitness journey.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster long-term success and retention.
Requirements:
Reps Level 3 certification or equivalent accredited fitness qualification.
Proven experience as a Personal Trainer, with a track record of helping clients achieve results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition principles.
CPR/AED certification (preferred).
Yoga/Mat Pilates & Zumba will be added advantage.
A positive and energetic attitude, with a genuine passion for health and fitness.
