Female Personal Trainer Wanted - ABOUT US - Opening soon. Fen Gym is bringing a premium, holistic lifestyle facility to Al Nahda, Sharjah. Fen Gym is motivated to provide quality health and wellness services and is seeking a self-motivated, personable personal trainer. Currently only looking for female full-time positions available within our women's only gym. - ABOUT YOU - ***SELECTION CRITERIA *** Duties & Responsibilities Deliver high quality fitness sessions (1 on 1 and small group) Conduct fitness testing, goal-setting sessions and track client progress Promote and sell personal training programs and services Develop safe, exciting and comprehensive training programs Educate members on current health & fitness information Actively build, maintain and retain a happy client base Create a friendly and motivating atmosphere Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, tidy, safe gym floor - must be able to safely shift heavy loads. The right candidate will; Be personable and demonstrate exceptional communication, customer service and sales skills Show passion for health and fitness and changing lives Be flexible, proactive, organized and driven to achieving goals Work well as part of a team and contribute to a fun work environment Practice a high level of integrity Have a can-do attitude and personal growth mindset Qualifications 1-2 year personal training experience preferred however attitude is most important REPS Level 3 Registered or International Recognized Personal Training Certification or equivalent CPR & First Aid Boxing/Pilates/Yoga certified an additional advantage however not essential to apply Availability Must be open to working a rotating/shift roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
