About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
Finance Officer
to manage the financial operations and HR compliance of our luxury jewelry brand. The ideal candidate will have strong finance expertise combined with in-depth knowledge ofUAE labour laws
and administrative processes.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily financial operations, including
accounting, reporting, and budget forecasting
. Prepare and reviewfinancial statements
to ensure accuracy and compliance. Handlepayroll processing
and maintain accurate salary and benefits records. Manage employee contracts, renewals, and documentation in compliance withUAE Labour Law
. Coordinate withMOHRE
and other UAE government portals for HR tasks. Support hiring processes, onboarding, and maintaining staff records. Advise on financial implications for projects and budgets. Work closely with management to ensurefinancial stability and growth
.Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a
finance role
within the UAE. Strong knowledge ofUAE HR regulations
and employment law. Proficiency inaccounting software
and MS Excel. Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
