We are urgently looking for a FEMALE FINANCE MANAGER to join our company in the Ajman Free Zone (Residing in Ajman or Willing to relocate to AJMAN). The ideal candidate must be well experienced, a financial expert with hands-on experience in Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, and Financial Audits. We are inviting applications for results-driven professionals to join our organization. Required/Preferred Skills:
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Working knowledge of SAP (mandatory, more systems will be a plus)
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workflow
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Efficiency and accuracy
- Open to changing role dynamics and requirements within the finance sphere
- Management skills and ability to attain accuracy under pressure
- Superior reporting and presentation skills
- Ability to comprehend and execute deliverables from senior management

- Developing and managing financial strategies to ensure the long-term financial stability of the organization.
- Overseeing the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
- Managing the organization\'s investments and funding sources.
- Establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures.
- Ensuring that the organization complies with financial regulations and laws.
- Collaborating with other departments and senior management to make informed decisions about the organization\'s financial future.
- Communicating financial information to stakeholders, including board members, investors, and government agencies.
- Identifying and managing financial risks to the organization.
- Continuously monitoring and evaluating the organization\'s financial performance and making recommendations for improvement.
