Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, maintain, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual
P&L statements
Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Utilize
advanced Excel functions
(e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros) to streamline reporting and analysis
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards
Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial documentation and reporting
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis
Monitor cash flow and provide regular financial insights to management
Assist with accounts payable/receivable as needed
Maintain organized financial records and files
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(must be able to demonstrate technical skill)
Solid understanding of
P&L statements
, financial statements, and general accounting principles
Experience in the
real estate sector
is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
