Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced eyelash services including
classic, hybrid, volume, mega-volume extensions, lash lifts, and tinting
Consult with clients to understand preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments
Ensure
excellent service quality
, precision, and consistency
Maintain strict
hygiene and sanitation standards
in line with salon policies
Educate clients on aftercare and product usage
Upsell and recommend lash-related retail products and services
Manage appointment schedules efficiently and minimize service delays
Mentor junior technicians when required
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty
Requirements
Female candidates only
Proven 2-3 years of experience as a
Eyelash Technician
in a salon or beauty clinic
Strong expertise in eyelash extension techniques and lash health
Certification in eyelash extensions is preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work weekends, evenings, and peak salon hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
