We are actively seeking a Female customer-oriented and dynamic Turkish speaking Tele Sales Executive / Tele caller with minimum 1 Year experience in UAE in the same field to join our esteemed real estate brokerage team. The ideal candidate will possess a youthful vigor, exceptional communication skills, and a drive for success. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in generating new business opportunities through proactive inbound and outbound calling and engaging with potential buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate contact with potential clients through inbound & outbound calls to identify prospective buyers and sellers within our targeted markets. Promptly respond to inbound inquiries, providing detailed information about our real estate services and available listings. Establish rapport with potential clients, comprehensively understanding their real estate requirements, and qualifying leads for further agent engagement. Maintain precise records of client interactions and lead details within our CRM system. Stay abreast of current real estate market trends, listings, and promotional activities. Consistently meet and exceed set targets for prospecting calls, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.

Qualifications:

Preferably, minimum 1 year previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service. Exceptional verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity and confidence over the phone. Proficient listening skills to grasp client needs and offer suitable solutions. Resilient demeanor with the ability to handle rejection professionally. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to achieving and surpassing performance objectives. High school diploma is mandatory; additional training or coursework in sales/marketing is advantageous.
