Female Event Sales Coordinator Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Age Limit: - 22-28 Years Old You will manage corporate operations and the logistical preparations for events on a daily basis. The job will include strategic planning, signing up event organizers, oversee the facilitation and planning of event related meetings. You will coordinate with vendors and partners to discuss and confirm necessary elements for events. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As an Event Sales Coordinator, you'll need to:

• Manage communications and act as the primary point of contact with organizers, sponsors, external agencies etc.

• Liaise with organizers to find out their exact event requirements

• Produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, permitting and course planning, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)

• Research venues, suppliers and contractors, then negotiate prices and hire

• Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, travel)

• Manage all pre-event planning, organizing guest speakers and delegate packs

• Coordinate suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and to budget

• Manage a team of staff, giving full briefings

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

• Minimum 2 years of Event Management experience
