Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate hiring Activities Prepare and post job ads on different platforms (LinkedIn, indeed etc) Screening/Sorting out the CVs and shortlisting candidates Set up the initial interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates Setting up the interview task/scheduling final interviews Greet and assist interviewee's onsite Schedule interview with the Manager Process background verification Responsible for the onboarding of the new joiners (prepare contracts, requests, organize desks, arrange meetings, ets) Coordinate travel for fly-in candidates Personnel file documentation Maintain candidate database Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g., interview cancellations) Analyze requirements to determine target profile needs and matches Assisting HR Supervisor with day-to-day tasks Making sure all social media platforms are up to date with current positions Prepare daily reports and statistics Requirements and skills:
