We are looking for a proactive and highly organized

Female Driver Cum Purchaser

to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outdoor purchasing and storage operation indoors, good decision making, sourcing, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Immediate joiners currently available in the UAE are preferred

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma UAE driver's license mandatory. Proven experience as a Purchaser or in a procurement role.

JOB SKILLS

Goes to approved suppliers and supermarkets to purchase items as listed on the approved purchased order provided by the supervisor. Must buy exact quantity and brands as specified on the document. Attention to details while purchasing from supermarkets to check production and expiry dates of the products. Maintains good working relationships with suppliers to encourage them to go above and beyond to fulfil requirements. Manages cash and credit cards transection and make sure all the bills are managed properly and submitted on timely bases. Ensure products received are all in excellent condition, dates checked, damages checked and if items are purchased by weight to check on the scale. Check invoices and ensure items matches the PO. Maintaining par levels in stores and creates purchase orders to replenish items back to par. Ensure all stock is rotated and must follow FIFO. Manages and fulfils store request and sales orders, any missing items to inform supervisor. Strong organizational skills, attention to details, multi-tasking, manage working under pressure and ability to work in fast paced environment and prioritizing multi-tasking. Maintain cleanliness in stores and surroundings. Good communication skills internal and external.
