JOB DESCRIPTION:

Prepares and submits Tenders, Contracts, RFIs, RFQs, BOQs and bidding proposals
Negotiate pricing, payment terms and contract with suppliers/vendors
Follow through contracts/projects from market research stage, solicitation, procurement/execution until delivery/completion
Must be able to handle or address post-sales concerns of clients
Participate and coordinate with site visits for upcoming and ongoing projects
Liaise with logistics / procurement on furniture deliveries
Prepare and manage incoming and outgoing reports and technical documents
Complete tasks/duties as designated by the Project Manager

Strong ability to establish rapport with clients
Must be able to fluidly communicate in English (written and verbal)
Ability to work professionally in a multi - cultural environment and as a team player
Versatile and can work efficiently under pressure
Should be well equipped with decision making skills
With Advanced level of computer skills
