Fast Solution is hiring a

Female Digital Marketing & Customer Support Specialist

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be fluent in

English and Hindi

, skilled in social media management, and experienced in handling customer communications across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) Communicate with customers through calls, messages, and emails in both English and Hindi Follow up with leads and assist in closing inquiries Coordinate content ideas with the marketing team Maintain positive client relationships and ensure timely support Assist with backend coordination and campaign support when needed
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or customer support Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi Strong knowledge of social media platforms and basic content planning Must be on a Husband/Spouse Visa (this is mandatory) Only female candidates will be considered due to team requirements
