Position Summary:

egistered Nurse or Assistant Nurse

to join our

Doctor On Call team

. In this role, you will support physicians during home or on-site visits, carry out key clinical duties, and help deliver high-quality care in a mobile healthcare setting. The ideal candidate is adaptable, patient-focused, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist physicians during consultations at patients' homes or designated sites. Perform initial patient assessments, including taking vital signs and medical histories. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Support minor medical procedures, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols. Maintain accurate and timely patient records. Provide patient and caregiver education on medication usage, aftercare, and follow-up steps. Ensure medical kits are fully stocked and compliant with clinical standards. Always maintain patient confidentiality, safety, and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing. Valid DHA license or eligibility (for Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse). Minimum 1 year of clinical experience. Strong communication skills and clinical judgment. Proficient in English and Hindi. Fresh DHA-eligible candidates in the UAE are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in mobile or community-based healthcare. Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Work Schedule & Transportation:

12-hour rotational shifts (day and night). Company-provided transportation for site visits (from the office and back).
