Role:
The Dean of Students\' role is to provide support to the Academic management team of the Girl\'s School to ensure the use of effective behavior management strategies to implement the published student Code of Conduct. The Dean will also be a primary communicator of student information between the school and home (parent).
The Dean of Students\' will work directly with the Head of School and/or Principal on the implementation, management and administration of resources to maintain a healthy, safe school and learning environment for students and staff.
Requirements:
Qualified, successful teacher with minimum of 3 years experience required
A Bachelor\'s Degree in the Teaching subject supported with a relevant teaching certificate - Copy of Degree and Transcripts must be provided upon application. Previous ESL experience is desirable and IB MYP/DP experience is preferred. Teachers wishing to apply should demonstrate outstanding communication skills, strong classroom management with the ability to deliver motivating and creative classroom environments.
