You will work closely with the
Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer
to create content that drives traffic, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging
short-form video content
for:
Paid social ads (Meta, TikTok)
Instagram Reels
Instagram, TikTok organic & ad content
Research and execute
trending formats, hooks, sounds, and angles
relevant to e-commerce
Develop content focused on
product benefits, problem-solution, UGC-style, testimonials, and lifestyle formats
Collaborate closely with the
Marketing Manager
to align content with ad strategy and campaign goals
Coordinate with the
Graphic Designer
for editing, thumbnails, overlays, and branding consistency
Maintain a consistent posting and content creation schedule
Analyze content performance and optimize creatives based on engagement and conversion insights
Required Skills & Experience
2-5 years of experience
in content creation, social media, or marketing roles in the UAE
Strong understanding of
e-commerce content trends and performance-based creatives
Hands-on experience creating content for
ads, TikTok, and Instagram Reels
Knowledge of
short-form video editing tools
(CapCut, Premier Pro preferred)
Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual sense
Comfortable working in front of the camera (UGC-style content preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
