Job Description
We are looking for a Female Commis Chef (Hot Kitchen) for one of the Top class restaurants located in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi.
Training will be provided
:
Qualification: Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts
Gender: Female
Experience: At least 1 - 2 years
Must know basic skills as a commis chef, further training will be provided.
Benefits
Salary: AED 1800 - AED 2000
Other benefits: Will be discussed in the interview.
Training will be provided
:
- Measuring meal ingredients, plating, and presenting meal items as per the Chef de Partie\xe2\x80\x99s instructions.
- Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.
- Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of excellent quality.
- Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
- Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
